Sample Retreat Schedule
FADEN retreats are firstly and foremost, a warm and safe container for your healing.
We are mental-health forward, trauma-informed, and deeply driven to supporting those of marginalized identities, genders, sexualities, races, and experiences. Each individual’s unique path informs the care they receive.
We incorporate creativity, sound, and movement to invoke insights of the mind, and our full being. The medicine administered is enhanced by the work of additional professionals who provide nourishing meals, facilitate body and movement work, and more. We seek out the most highly-regarded collaborators of each community in which we plan our events.
Arrival to retreat space late afternoon on a Friday
Time to integrate into the space and spend time with personalized welcome kits to begin to awaken the senses
Opening circle to ground in ritual and safety followed by introductions and connection with the group
Flushing out intentions and addressing any fears or concerns
Nourishing organic dinner
Breath experience
Immersive sound experience, art exercise and fire circle
Rest
DAY ONE
DAY TWO
Optional movement class or nature hike in the morning followed by light organic breakfast/or fasting depending upon individual needs
Pre journey circle to deeply root in the experience
Ketamine lozenge is taken by the participant
Total journey time 1-3 hours
Post journey time to spend journaling and/or art making
Integration circle with various prompts to support present moment awareness, acceptance of one’s experience, flexibility and connection
Light organic meal and tea
Sound bath and/or breath experience before bed
Rest
Optional nature hike in the morning
Organic breakfast
Final group circle to support ongoing integration and set forth personal goals
