Prices are per person and include accommodation, all retreat activities, welcome bags, and all meals.

Prices DO NOT include $250 assessment fee from Journey Clinical and also price of medication which is roughly $75.

A $1500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.

Airfare + transport not included— Situated in an exclusive community conveniently central to Yucca, Pioneertown, and Joshua Tree. 12 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree, 20 minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park Entrance. 12 minutes to Pioneertown, 5 minutes to downtown Yucca Valley. 40 minutes to Palm Springs International Airport.

Casa Blanca is located 40 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport. Book your flight into Palm Springs and either plan on renting a car or taking a ride share (UBER, Lyft) to the house. If there are multiple people arriving at the same time, FADEN can help organize shared rides.

The retreat will commence at 3:00pm on Thursday, March 16th and will come to a close at 2pm on Saturday, March 18th after our final lunch together. We recommend that you plan to arrive late morning of the retreat to give yourself some ample cushion. It is quite ideal to commence the retreat with everyone present!

FADEN does not offer refunds of any kind for the retreat deposit. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. Should you need to cancel with more than 30 days until the retreat date, you will be refunded 100% of the total amount (less deposit). Should you need to cancel within 30 days of the retreat date, 50% of the total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Finally, under no circumstance will there be any refunds given for cancellation requests made within 14 days of the retreat date. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, COVID-19 or personal emergencies. We do not offer refunds or credit for a guest who fails to attend, arrives late, or leaves early.

Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel insurance.

If FADEN must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment amount (less the deposit which can be applied to another retreat) to your original payment method. FADEN is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
